I am an "old timer" when it comes to IP. I am currently rebooting with alternatives and it has been 5 years since I have been to a clinic and worked with a coach. Back in 2011-2012, my coach said that I could have (2) egg whites per day that were considered free. I do not know if this has changed over the years, but I can tell you that I followed that when I did IP the first time, and I still follow it any time I need to do a P1 day and as far as I can tell, it hasn't hindered my weight loss.
