Hi everyone!
I just signed up for WW online this week! I have done WW spinoffs in the past, using free materials I have found online. I always was very successful when doing this, but was never able to stick with it for long, and ended up gaining all the weight back and then some. I am hoping that having the support of the WW and 3FC communities will help me stick with my goals long term! I am also making it a focus to become healthier - improving my strength and flexibility, lowering my heart rate, being able to keep up with friends on a hike, etc, rather than making everything about the numbers on the scale.
I am excited to see where the new year takes all of us!
