It's good to do some weight lifting, but it all depends on exactly what you currently weigh, and also remember you need to ask yourself what is your main goal right now, do you absolutely need to lose as much weight as possible in the least amount of time ? Weight training won't let you unless you are talking about doing a cardio workout with weights ?
the grenade site the repas are low, tends to fall more in the anaerobic side of exersise, you have the superset aspect, but still it's more conditioning toning building muscle, again you can incorporate this however, what is the most important to you right now, toning works best when you have lost enough weight, that does not mean strength training is out of the question, just that it comes down to again what your most important goal is right now.
If by using weights is to lose weight, by all means it's a very good idea as it breaks the normal routine of just doing the same cardio workout every day to lose weight, ie cycling, walking, stepping etc...
Keep the reps high, 20ish reps, 2- 3 sets per exercise, and try limit the rest in between, but do rest, it is important, don't over train yourself !
