Does anyone here set size goals? If so, what do you think my next realistic size goal should be? It's the "realistic" part that gets me every time.

Congrats! I am 5"2'. Medium build. At 202 pounds, I was a size 16-18 pants. At 180, I was 14-16. At 155 I am 12-14. So, i went down a pants size every 20 pounds or so. I don't have a size goal. My current weight goal is 140. That should put me at a 10-12 pants.

I don't have a size or weight goal. I want to lose until I feel comfortable with myself. I am wearing a tight size 16 now, but I have pants in size 14 that I would like to be able to wear. I will probably be happy with that. I am similar to you, Nightowlm.

I have heard it said that you should have a goal so you know what you're aiming for. You really have to set that goal for yourself, as we are all built differently.
