Default Skin issues and nutrition

What are the best foods and practices for looking after skin as you lose weight?
I'm noticing my skin is dry, with fine sags and wrinkles, after losing about 45 lbs so far. My face has taken on a hardened appearance, although it's thankfully a lot less puffy. Basically I feel like I've aged suddenly.

I'm eating coconut and olive oil, as well as meat, chicken, fish, fruit and vegetables. Are there any foods or nutrients in particular I should be concentrating on?

As your body is changing there are changes in your hormones as well, this may settle down after you've maintained for a while. Or it could be a reaction to a food you're eating. Is there something new you've introduced to your diet or something you're eating a great deal more of? I've heard from people who have acne that reducing dairy helps but I'm not sure what you've described is acne.

Water, water, water! Drinks lots of water! Also, rosemary and lavender essential oils are fantastic to use on your skin! Do a search on oil cleansing too. It sounds crazy, but read up on it. My skin has never looked better since I began oil cleansing!

Could you explain more about the hardened appearance? The composition of your diet sounds balanced, that is if you're getting enough of it. How many calories are you on? Is there anything else that may be a factor, like smoking?

Also did you want to chat skincare products? I have dry, sensitive, combination skin, and I do well with a version of the Oil Cleansing Method followed by a solid oil moisturiser I make myself. Let me know if you want me to go into further details.
