Today's dinner is not a very healthy option, but the portion is small. 2 small chicken tenders, coleslaw and baked beans. The rest of the day will be OP. I have my annual next week and would like to weigh less than last year lol
Yesterday was pick 2 from Panera..turkey cranberry flatbread and autumn squash soup. Tonight is a veggie enchilada and rice....I am eating on the go most of the week. Trying to stay OP phase 2 ish lol
