Final weight for July was 222.0lbs. Up a bit from my lowest. I've been sick and not sticking to my diet.
Anyway, going for 8lbs again.

8/4 - 221.6 lbs (0.4lbs down, 7.6lbs to go)
8/5 - 220.6 lbs (1.4lbs down, 6.6lbs to go)
8/6 - 220.2 lbs (1.8lbs down, 6.2lbs to go)
8/7 - 218.6lbs (3.4lbs down, 4.6lbs to go)
8/9 - 217.2lbs (4.8lbs down, 3.2lbs to go) Halfway!!
8/14 - 218.0lbs (4.0lbs down, 4.0lbs to go) Don't know why I'm up, was at a deficit all week.
8/21 - 222.4lbs (0.4lbs up, 8.4lbs to go) Did have a couple of cheats, but not to this level. I'm thinking TOM. But still ugh!
8/22 - 220.4 (1.6lbs down, 6.4lbs to go) that's a little better
8/24 - 219.0 (3.0lbs down, 5.0lbs to go) phew! Things are back to normal
8/26 - 216.6 (5.4lbs down, 2.6lbs to go) New Low!!
8/31 - 216.6 Ah well, didn't quite meet goal, but 5.4lbs is still a nice loss for the month!
