I'm currently at 202 lbs...things have slowed down as far as losing. I have to get used to losing 1-2 lbs/week I guess. August goal is 195. Slow and steady, right?

Bring out the dancing girls! After sitting at 202 for 12 days, I'm now 196. Back to the 1-2 lb / week thing.
