This morning, I weighed in at 243.2. This is the lowest I have weighed in almost 3 years according to my vitals from my doctor's office. My first visit to see him, I weight 246 and my weight climbed from there. I am officially only 3.4 lbs from my goal for the month of 10 lbs and only 8.2 lbs from my goal of 40 lbs down by July 31, 2016.
