I'm down a little in my weight. Did alot of walking today.

Lowest Weight in 2016: 193.6

SW: 211.2
CW: 210.4 (- .8)
GW: 199 ONDERLAND

I didn't weigh in today. I wasn't on plan and didn't workout yesterday. Today is a new day to do better.
I'm going to the gym and do weights and some cardio today. When I go grocery shopping will get some walking in too.

I got to the gym yesterday and did weights and 50 minutes of cardio. My weekly weigh in is on Saturday. But sometimes I weigh more during the week when I'm following my food plan.

I'd love to join! I'm at 232 now. I've lost almost 100 pounds. I have just over 50 pounds to go until my goal weight. I'm close to 1derland! 33 pounds until I get back in the 100's -- WhooHoo.
