Default Ketosis

It was my birthday last weekend and I decided to have a few drinks...Vodka and seltzer...and I caved and ate some chocolate. I dont think I went WAYYYY over my carbs but I am still out of Ketosis. How long would you say until I get back into ketosis and losing fat?

Usually it takes about 3 days (in the meantime you may have the 'hungries' and crave carbs again) hang in there.

I'd agree with canadjineh. It will take 3 days at least with potential of headaches, fatigue, sluggishness, etc. If I have to cheat on IP (which was once thus far), I cheat with something fatty like a couple slices of bacon or cheese. It has an impact for sure (not recommending as I only lost 1.8 pounds the week I had that one day of cheese), but it didn't throw me out of ketosis and make me feel like crap.
