So like I have said before I have to stop smoking and just in a few days more.
I have just been holding a cigarette on putting it in my mouth but without lighting it up.
Yesterday before bed I found myself smoking a cigarette but it was the first one in the whole day so I'm kinda proud of myself. I have to stop smoking within this week to be able to get my surgery. And I also have the end of the week to stop drinking coffee my two best friend in the whole world. So my goal will to not only stop smoking and drinking coffee for my surgery but even after not to start back

I smoked 40 a day, and sometimes more, of rolling tobacco. Allen Carr's 'Stop Smoking Now' Book CHANGED MY LIFE
It's AMAZING I can't praise it enough! You smoke while you read it, so you don't associate pleasure with smoking, (he explains it all in the book) then by the time you get to the end, you literally don't want to smoke. You've fixed your brain's thinking, and no joke, you won't crave! I just stopped and didn't crave and that was 2 years ago and i happily call myself a Non-Smoker now (not an ex smoker!)
