Hey ladies!!!
I am curious what everyone is doing for exercise!
My schedule is pretty tight but I am going to find a way to fit in a decent weight lifting program that's 4-5 days a week along with doing yoga on rest days. I also join in on the pick up ultimate frisbee games once a week on campus for fun and it's definitely a good work out, as well as taking my sweet baby on a daily walk when it's nice outside!
What do you do for exercise?
