Default Probiotics through food

I've always had trouble with my gut. Specifically constipation troubles. Recently I've started looking into fibre supplements I can take after meals, as well as a good probiotic.

I found a good fibre supplement, Fybogel, made with Ispaghula husk. That just left the probiotic, but I didn't want to take it through pills, so I googled a bit into foods that have it.

I've just found, what I believe is, the best source of probiotic in my country.

Amasi.

With 30 different strains of probiotic, it has more than kefir, and since it's made with whole milk, it's so much more rich and creamy.

I'm just uncertain of how much I should take? I plan to take it on a daily basis, anyone have any ideas of how much I should drink?

I am amazed no one has answered this. Your gut biome develops between ages 1-2 years old. Pro biotics are just additions to that. I do not think it matters much what kind of youghurt you eat. It is mostly lactobacilis. Good sources to help fortify your natural gut biome are grains, indigestible fibers, and things like pickles or other "fermented" food like Tempeh and Kim-chee. So your Amasi will be of some help. Sounds very healthy. I don't drink milk though, so I would not know.
