New to ideal and have a salt question
I have just one question can we use the 1/4 salt along with sauces that have salt or just the sauce and no salt? I know that 1/4 of sea salt is 500 mg of sodium so I was not sure if that was the max allowed because I do see that the sauces allowed like tamera I think that is how is spelled contains sodium.
