I have been on this site forever and it is a darn shame. My weight and I have a love/hate relationship. Sometimes I love it when I am focused exercising and losing weight and other times I hate when I become placated and become resistant about it.
The sad part of it is this time it is because of health issues that seems to make it harder for me to lose weight. I watched the Weight Watcher's video that Oprah did and it resonated with me. I understood what she meant and I am doing something about it. Normally, I tend to lose weight fast but I don't maintain the weight lost. This time I have given myself a year and a half to lose 100 pounds. Each pound that I lose each week, I have to learn to maintain it so I can lose more. I am on high blood pressure pills and really want to get off of them. I want to begin a second career in cosmetology but cannot due to back issues (because of the weight and a herniated disc). This time I have several reasons to lose weight.
