I have been making smoothies for lunch, over the weekend, as at work I cant have this luxury. I miss my old class where I could have had a fridge and a microwave if I had wanted them in the class. Now I float to different schools and have no control over my peace of mind at lunch. I dring Slim Fast Shakes as they are just darn easier for lunch than having a salad and or a pita or anything else low cal and healthy. Eating is inconvenient for me. I just do it so NOT to get dizzy w/ Low blood Sugar. Not feeling too happy as I am still awaiting my menses to re-start as they have been on vacation since I returned from Summer vacation and began working and eating on a tight schedule and feeling extra nervous and even dropped 15 lbs since school has began too.
