Talking I Hate Thinking of My Next meal

I have been making smoothies for lunch, over the weekend, as at work I cant have this luxury. I miss my old class where I could have had a fridge and a microwave if I had wanted them in the class. Now I float to different schools and have no control over my peace of mind at lunch. I dring Slim Fast Shakes as they are just darn easier for lunch than having a salad and or a pita or anything else low cal and healthy. Eating is inconvenient for me. I just do it so NOT to get dizzy w/ Low blood Sugar. Not feeling too happy as I am still awaiting my menses to re-start as they have been on vacation since I returned from Summer vacation and began working and eating on a tight schedule and feeling extra nervous and even dropped 15 lbs since school has began too.

That would be so frustrating. Even under the best of situations eating healthy is hard enough. Have you tried maybe freezing your smoothy and using an insultated bag to keep it cold. I know I started bringing my lunch to work and I have become dependent on these small 1/2 cup and 1 cup containers from Ziploc. I use the 4 oz ones for all my salad toppings and the bowl of lettuce goes into an insulated bag to keep it cold. The hardest part is if you can not heat up stuff. However Chicken can be added because you can eat it cold. I cook multiple pieces on Sunday and weigh and measure it out into Snack size ziploc bags. It takes a day to prep all my food for the week. I wish you the best of luck. Also you can get small ice packs to keep in your insulated bag and make your own little cooler. (Or you can look into mini fridge for your car lol)

Red face Its Just Easier For me to Have Tuna in The Box w/ Crackers @ Lunch

Plus I drink a slim shake as well at lunch or earlier. When i get very hungry I also crunch on a chocolate protein bar. Then I survive until i am home at night and have nightly a nice green salad w/ snap peas and shrimp and 1 sliced boiled egg w/ light honey mustard dressing before going out to my gym or doing house cleaning chores after work.
