Hello Ruthxxx! I use to be a member of 3FC, back in 2006 to about 2008. I was one of the original "journal" users. I remember you from the journals, and the forums back then, so wanted to say hello again.

My goal for October is to weigh in at 152 or less, by the 15th. That would be a 10 lb weight loss since I started focusing again.
I don't weigh daily, I prefer to weight about once a month. I will be reading posts here though, and cheering you chicks on. Once I weigh in on the 15th, I will post my results, and then set a new goal.
