Hey All! I wanna do weekly weigh-ins until New year's Eve. We've got about 15 weeks till NYE, with LOTS of holiday parties in between. Doing these weekly weigh-ins might keep us on track till the big night. I definitely want to be healthier and hotter for the new year
and would love the same for everyone on here! All are welcome - the more the merrier!
I was really good this past week, only cheated once (a few hours after my super LIGHT and healthy dinner - that's probably why I gave in - I had a serving of buttery pasta - thanks to my bro of course, his leftovers from cheesecake factory). Other than that, nothing. I did have a craving for a cakey/cookie type of dessert and made myself a sugar free chocolate almond flour mug cake - delish! I think it had about 3g net carb and it satisfied my sweet craving. I wanted sugar free ice cream/frozen yogurt/italian ice last night but had none. Happy I didn't give in to the Regular ice cream I had at home. Went and bought some Arctic Zero today just as a precaution
Okay enough of all that, time for the weigh-in.....
