I am back...
Hello everybody. I'm back up to 182lbs, the lowest weight I got down to was 159lbs. I've been eating junk when I feel sad, but I'm stopping. I have been very depressed which is not something I need to go into depth right now. I'm going back to college soon so I want to get back down to a healthy size. I always justify it in my mind one way or another.. it becomes hard to believe in a REASON to lose weight when you're depressed. Maybe some of you can relate.
I want to be accountable and try my best to get back into a healthy lifestyle.
