Default Starting diet again after holidays

Greetings
After seeing some progress in weight loss, I went on a 5 day holiday with my friend to Sydney. We walked just about everywhere, even climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge (!) - but my diet was absolutely ruined by eating out. We went to the Lindt and Guylian cafes a few times, also buying sweets to take home. All the rich breakfasts, lunches and dinners! I'm dreading the scales tomorrow, but I MUST get rid of all this lard. In all the photos, I look monstrously fat compared to my friend who is a normal BMI.

Don't beat yourself up sonickel. It was a holiday and 5 days at that. The most difficult thing is to get back on the wagon after coming home and by posting you've acknowledged that. So what if you gained a pound or two in the past few days? They will come off just as fast by getting back with your program. Also, it sounds like you were pretty active so its probably not that bad. Just rip off the band-aid and recommit yourself. You can do it!

I've gained just over 1kg (2.4 lbs) but I've also built up a lot of muscle in my legs, I can feel them. Standing/walking and even some climbing, for 10 hours a day will do that to you! I went straight back on my diet today and have stuck to it well so far.

ETA: the ticker doesn't seem to want to update, it just goes back to ticker designer....
I'm 94.8 kg now

sonickel, looks like you enjoyed yourself on your vacation and did not gain that much doing so! The thing that counts in the end, is getting back to your plan to keep on losing!
