Has anyone tried these or found a successful pre-workout formula that they enjoy? I'm not talking about fat burner "magic" pills nor am I looking for a recommendation of quick fixes for weight loss. I work in a physical therapy clinic where our personal trainers have recommended many different kinds of pre-workout powders to help me stay motivated to go to the gym. I loved using them in the past but stopped for the fear of gaining too much muscle, and not losing enough fat to make the exchange of weight distribution ideal. I went to GNC a few weeks ago and the owner there gave me a few samples to try. I took a half of a serving of a pre-workout, went to the gym and absolutely beast-moded leg day. I also couldn't walk for a couple of days after. I went a little too hard but it helped with my gym motivation so much. I haven't been back since because I don't want to over-do it again but as I was researching more pre-workouts I found thermal pre-workout powders that assist with additional fat burning while at the gym.

Anyhoo----I am not looking to be chastised for using workout aids. I am a health professional and I understand risks otherwise involved. I'm seeking the advice and recommendations of others who are pre-workout groupies.
