The One Week Gulp Challenge: 21 Liters of Water (01/07- 08/07)
I'm thinking of taking up this challenge because at the beginning of my journey it was a good habit that I had, and it helped me to lose quite a lot. But as time is passing I'm noticing a slow drifting away from that.
I haven't seen any water related challenge around here. So I decided to create this one.
Anyone interested by a "watery" challenge may join in.
Btw 21L = 3L daily = doable with discipline and commitment.
