Hi! I'm new to the forum, but I'm in week 5 of the SBD. I've lost 11 lbs in 5 weeks! My weight loss has slowed down in phase 2, which I understand is normal. I'm hesitant to move to phase 3 just yet. Has anyone camped out in phase 2 until they got closer to their goal weight?
Welcome RustE! Congratulations on your weight loss so far! love2garden is correct. Most people stay in phase 2 for weight loss and then move to phase 3 for maintenance. I use phase 3 as a guideline if I'm going out to dinner or a special event but primarily follow phase 2.
