Up a lb today! Pre TOM water weight because I've been behaving despite the tons of easter candy at my house :/ boo. Im about a day away from turning into a ravenous wolf with chocolate dripping from my mouth and growling at anyone who comes near my chocolate easter bunny.

For me, water weight hangs around for a few days, and then I lose it all in one go (the "woosh" effect). Hopefully you will have your "woosh" soon, lol.
love2garden -- these 2% challenges have really helped me because the goals feel reasonable, and every time someone wins, we start a new thread and renew our 2% goal which is really great, because you always have another chance to "win".
