Well I am super unfit. Just tried a simple zumba video from youtube and got a whopping 12mins in and I'm shattered. It was quite fun though. I think I'll have a few mins and a drink and try some more.
I already walk about 50 mins a day to and from nursery but I have alot of weight to lose.
That's great that you found a fun form of exercise you enjoy! With time and continued effort your fitness will improve and you'll find your zumba minutes ever increasing. I've heard a lot of positive comments about zumba.
Personally I don't do zumba but I am an Irish dancer, so I dance several times a week. Dance is a very challenging and fun workout!
