Default Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002...

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum and new to low carb eating. I am very interested in following the Atkins program. Is the "Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002" program book the one with the white cover with blue writing? I really want to do this the right way from the start. I am also curious in any support groups or daily forums if anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks so much.
