Default Coffee

I'm convinced it's causing me significant abdominal bloating. I skipped it for a week and I was noticeably thinner, back at it a few days and now I'm all puffy in the middle again. I fear this is the end of a very long love affair. I will have to have it once in a while but daily intake is over.

I can't believe this. My last vice.

What do you put in your coffee? Could it be the sugar/sweetener/milk? I used to feel the same, but it was actually the artificial sweetener I was using. I have a very very bad reaction to aspartame! Just a thought.

I use a splash of cream and a tiny bit of real sugar. I don't use artificial sweeteners, and I can't drink it black otherwise I would. I'm going to skip it for several days and see if I slim down again. Two of the girls at work claim the same thing, that coffee makes them feel bloated because it irritates their stomachs. I can see that. If I have too much my stomach does feel irritated.

Trial and error. Don't get me wrong I'm still having an occasional cup. I'm not totally crazy.

Good Trust me, I was relieved when I figured out my problem related to coffee in a way that allowed me to still consume it! But it's better to have no coffee or much less than to feel that way. Hope it helps!
