Default Bodylastics: Resistance Band Training

I've been wanting to up my fitness game, because as much as I love barre workouts they aren't cutting it given my current state. I've been reading about weight training but didn't want to spend a ton of money buying dumbbells so I stumbled upon bodylastics, seem to be a big hit with lifters,

Thought resistance bands would be a great deal for my condo style life, won't take up space and I can do them anywhere. I ordered the kit, What do you guys think? Anyone doing resistance bands training and seen good results?

I don't use them exclusively but it's a great idea for someone that doesn't have the space to spare.

Some of the bands are very strong and can offer you quite a bit of resistance. As long as you are consistent you'll definitely be able to get stronger, tone, and build muscle.

Bodylastcs. I have used these for some time now. I find them well made, adaptable and very effective. I certainly use then for adding strength, or strength endurance. But as with anything else, get the fundamental's right.

Resistance bands are great, but you will definitely need to do some other forms of exercise too. Even just mixing in some cardio or using your own body weight (squats, push ups, burpees, etc.). Good luck! Search youtube for great workouts you can do with the bands.
