Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Happy Monday!

Back to work for me after a week off. I am not happy about going back to work but then again am glad to get back to my routine. Today will be my first day OP at work.. I am being prepared by bringing in everything I need to make it a successful OP day!

Back to the office for me. Although i stopped in a few times over the last week, I am actually scheduled to sit there today lol... I am happy to get back into a routine, sad that my "slow time" is over....although I am off Wednesday & Thursday....

WI tomorrow for me....last one of the year. Looking forward to seeing what milestone I hit for my 6 months on program....so far I am thrilled with my IP results. I have hit the 60 down mark, now if I can hit under 220 I will be thrilled and happily dancing right into the new year!

I am planning on wearing my "dream jeans" to our neighbors house. I am sure I will get plenty of IP questions lol....I have not seen some of these neighbors since I first started in June. We were all at a BBQ together in June and I started the week after that. We saw each other again in October for our neighborhood bonfire, but it was dark and we had coats on lol..

Still off from work and still hungry and still committed. Weigh in tomorrow - I don't own a scale, so I really need to see where I am. Last week was .6 down...hoping to enter the 170's this week. A bit nervous I'm out of ketosis cause I'm so hungry - maybe some hidden marinade? Probably just in my head.

Hi everyone!! Another short work week and then the holidays will be over and life will be back to normal! Bah humbug!! DH and I went out to eat Saturday night at our favorite place, we haven't been there since July and when we walked in the owner looked right past me, when she saw my hubby she did a double take looking at me and said, OMG I didn't recognize you!! LOL that felt good!!! I've been lax this past week, not really off plan, just not 100% on. Time to get back on track!!! I didn't go crazy, resisted all of the sweets, carbs, etc... I did eat cheese though. So I guess I didn't do too bad. But time to be 100% for the duration!!! Hope you all have a good week!!!

Happy Monday everyone,

One more day then I am back to work. I've been feeling sick since Boxing Day, but I've been 100% OP and that feels great. I lost 3.5lbs, putting me into the 150s this weigh-in!!!!! I hope everyone else has great WIs this week.

I'm kind of confused about how many eggs I'd have to eat to receive 4 oz of protein. Do the size of the eggs matter?

Great job DD!!

It is cold in central Texas this morning - well cold for us! At work today, after 5 days off it was hard to crawl out of bed.

My final weigh-in of 2014 is tomorrow morning, also the 6-month mark of my IP journey. Hoping for a small loss, although I'm up against incoming TOM.

Can't wait to hear their reactions. When I saw some of my neighbors at a Christmas party, one of them asked me, quite seriously, if I'd been ill! I was happy to tell her, "Never Better!"
