Well, thinking about buying the T-25. I tried Insanity before and sold it. Got tired of the constant repetition and also the hour long workouts and my jeans getting very tight and I am not using weights, just my own body weight!
I must say, it was more intense than JM overall in my opinion and I do have a few workouts of hers as well for variety's sake. Never had done a workout like Insanity, that's for sure. I want to lose about 10 pounds (ish) and keep it off for good (I am 118 right now, short and pear-shaped).
SO...........to get down to it. Your thoughts, good and bad, what are your results, experiences. Do you really need to buy the GAMMA too? Shouldn't Alpha and Beta be enough to kill ya? LOL
Just want to make a good decision before spending this kind of $$ again and be able to stick with it for once. I do eat a pretty low carb diet and try to watch my diet to begin with, so the nutrition part of it seems to work for me doing that. Guess I just need to find the "RIGHT" workout that will give me results and I sure like working out only 25 mins! I get bored very easily so it is hard for me to stay with a longer workout dvd. I have Chalene, Tae Bo, JM, Treadmill, Firm, Biggest Loser and still get bored. I know, must be a screw loose somewhere! LOL I get excited about the new workout at first then not too long afterwards, I lose that motivation and excitement. I have looked at before and after pics for the T25 and do see that the results are there, more on some and not so much on others.
Guess that's it.....anything u can throw my way, I sure would appreciate it.
