5 POUNDS LIGHTER - Made 1st Mini Goal
I originally went to see my PCP on November 12th. I was stunned to find out that I was 302 pounds. The last time I had went to the same doctor was back in June and I was 291. Being home for 6 months with not much to do will put weight on you. I went to see my other physician on November 18th and my weight was 297 pounds. I was shocked. I lost 5 pounds in a week. Now it wasn't just water because I am on a diuretic for High Blood Pressure. I stopped drinking soda and eating right before I go to bed. I know a lot about eating healthy because I do not have a gallbladder and there are a lot of foods that I am not suppose to eat. Go Figure!!! Most times I refuse to concede because I want to be able to eat what I want to eat. I cannot because of all of the health problems that I have been experiencing lately.
