Default Do I have to hit rock bottom again

So I lost 70 pounds. And I did master my food issues for a time. But here I am now destroying myself once again. I have allowed new trigger foods to creep back into my diet and some of my bad habits have reappeared.
I will recalibrate. I will not have a pit party. I will not do Soduko puzzels while mindlessly eating nuts and dates.
If reading the New YOrk TImes is palatable only if I eat while reading then well I guess I will have to rethink that whole newpaper behavior too.
C',mon, self you conquered the sugar witch before.. beat her down again!!!

alrightalright alright!! Woke up the morning not feeling sick because even one day of abstinence does a body good. I am looking forward to having a balanced dinner tonight and i will do portion control and I will put away/freeze foods for another time rather than gorge on "healthy" leftovers b/c to much of a good thing is not!

You can do this; stay strong!

I'm the same way with certain foods that would be considered healthy. Very easy for me to overeat or even binge on things like fruits and nuts.

Sounds like you're back on track; good job!

I'm willing to bet you stopped doing the things that you were doing when you lost the 70lbs. It can be as simple as that. Also, was it "self" who conquered the food or was it HP?

It was me reaching past myself and wanting to be the good decent person I knew was inside me who had been drowning herself in sugar comas I reached inward and connected to the Universal Power that surges through out all creation. HP? Higher power? God in heaven Who has alot on His plate, does HE have time to look down on privileged little me to give a sh*t about my sugar addiction? Sheepishly ly and humbled I now answer YES God does care about me because He gave me a distinct unique purpose and by drowning myself in booze and sugar I am shunning my true purpose, my small part....
