Default Non IP Supplements

What are cheaper options for the supplements? Brands? It's probably already on here somewhere but I couldn't locate it quickly.

THANKS!

I have looked and looked and looked. I see often parameters that are used to find alternate supplements but would love to get a list of specific supplements that people are using if they aren't using IPs brand.

I'm having a hard time matching what I can find up with the IP protocol. I bought Citracal but don't know if it works as a Cal supplement.

A lot of info from people who use alternatives can be found in the alternatives thread, everyone has kind of found whatever works from local sources (vitamin shoppe, wal mart, target, etc). If you're going off the IP brand, it's worthwhile to take the time to read through the Alternatives threads, LOTS of good information there

Try GNC or Vitamin shoppe. That what I am going to do once I run out of them.

Here's a list of what I buy, from whom, and how much $:

Potassium Citrate, The Vitamin Shoppe, $4.99
Vitality Coldwater Omega-3, Melaleuca, $14.99
Vitality Multivitamin & Mineral, Melaleuca, $16.99
Vitality Calcium Complete, Melaleuca, $9.99
(If I order the multi and calcium as a bundle, the price is $19.99.)

After comparing to the IP brand, these are close to exactly the same.

If you're not familiar with Melaleuca, the full name is "Melaleuca the Wellness Company." They're based out of Idaho, it's membership driven, and sells pretty much worldwide. However, non-members can purchase, just at a higher price. What I pay is the membership price here in the US.

I hope this helps.
