I had 3:1 ratio and my lh was low but high enough to be considered ovulation BUT my fsh was also low. In fact it was low follicular phase. My numbers were 3.8 fsh and 14.9 lh.

My doctor thinks it could be pcos.... But I don't think that's it. My sister has that and has like 1 period a year.... I've never missed one. Has anyone else had a 3:1 ratio but it wasn't pcos? What was it?

I know symptoms vary by person but isn't this a huge symptom? Every person I know with pcos misses periods (I know a lot-runs in families).

Not sure if you posted in the PCOS forum.

There's a lot of types of PCOS and one test isn't the whole picture. People with PCOS (like me!) can get their periods every month. I'm more regularly at a lower weight. I start to get longer periods when I gain weight.
