What an amazing documentary...I love anything thought provoking about food and diet and this film really makes you rethink what you're buying and eating. And what I like so much about it, is that it doesn't blame the fat person for being fat and explains why. So far it's my favourite along with Food Inc.

Anyone else seen it? Thoughts?

I haven't seen this one yet. I'm waiting for it to come out on netflix. I have heard a lot about it though and I really can't wait to see it.

I'm sure it'll be beneficial for everyone. I am suggesting it to everyone I care about because I think it reaches out to everyone, regardless of their weight. I hope you can see it soon!!
