Of course it's nothing to do with weightloss.
But it has everything to do with diet and exercise.
I was really down in the dumps until: 1) I started running and working out; and 2) eating oily fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel.
I can kick my anxiety now through either of these.
In summary, I'd be pretty pissed too if I lost weight by eating teeny weeny salads, sitting around all day, doing no physical activity and wasting away.
But that's just me. So it's the how you lose that matters.
