Me too - but we don't get much of a fall in Florida - not until November!
Today DH and I rode bikes - 21 miles in 2 hours. Went really early so it was nice out.

Did the new dvd...........4, ten min. sections which is about 44 min or 3 miles. Not crazy about it yet but I know it takes time.

Carol - mine still hasn't arrived. Strange!
I did the first three miles of the Four Mile Power Walk.
I still don't do the jumping... just jog lightly.
Also planked for 2:05. I realized I hadn't planked since Thursday of last week.

No too afraid to bike out in the dark. But when I do the couch to 5 k it is dark. I just stay in my neighborhood, which is safe, but I do fear bears. Big bear problem in central Florida this year

Did the Couch 2 5k. Today was running for eight minutes straight. Wasn't sure I could do it but I was fine. Then came inside and did one mile of the Four mile power walk.
