Default 50 pounds lost!! Or 22.8kg ;)
I like to check my weight loss in pounds every now and then so I can better understand the majority of people here and today I am 22.8kg down which is also 50 pounds, WOW!! What a brilliant motivating round number Anyway, just feeling a bit happy about how far I've come
