I do believe the entire team has gone on vacation!

I'm struggling a wee bit to stay focused - wedding weekend followed by holiday weekend - oy! But I'm (mostly) staying on plan and not straying too far.

I'm totally rockin' it with the running, though. 3 miles on Sunday....yay me! I just love running more than I can express.

Well, good luck to the remaining team members. Hopefully we'll have a bit of chatter 'round here this week!

Hi hope everyone had a great week. Mine was crazy busy hence the late posting of threads.
Sorry about that.
I haven't had any free time lately with teaching and work and I totally missed WI time again. That's my 2 freebies. I better post early this week as going out of town sat then home sun but not sure what time.
Driving 5hrs to go to a friends surprise party then home the next day. Call me crazy but I think she'll love it.

Well it's 1am and I need to be up in 5hrs so have a great night and a good day tomorrow.

Wow Novus .. RUNNING!!! You are speeding along with your exercise for sure I have only just started adding a minute of jogging on the treadmill every now and then lol .. so that sounds great .. and Im sure you will get back into the swing of it .. geepers ... if this is struggling cripes you are kicking tush regardless lol. Just had it bought to my attention a couple of errors in my numbers. When working out why it's due to last minute weigh ins. Usually I get the figs Monday morning before I go to work so I have time to calc n I don't have to rush so I can post new thread when I get home. So the last minute ones get missed (inc those who adjust their weights).
So sorry about that. Will correct when back on comp later today. If u do make a last min change or weigh in can u please note on our threads so I can b aware of it and update accordingly? Thankies
