That sounds very good - keep in mind for future ones.

Ended up going to East Side Mario's and had the grilled salmon on tomato salad & is was excellent.

I made the Turkey Fajitas from the Weight Watchers Make it In Minutes cookbook. I added my Corn Salsa to them. They were fantastic! This healthy eating is so much more fun than the junk I used to live off of!

Last night I had roast beef, yellow beans, turnip and little scoop of mashed potatoes. It was very good.

Tonight I have a bbq to go to - how about everyone else??

I am planning on having liver and onions (no kids at home tonight)with a few baby red potatoes and green beans. Maybe some FF chocolate pudding with cool whip free for dessert. About 10 points!

Not sure what I am going to have with it but I am making pork loin chops...probably green beans and mashed potatoes.
