How do you all like our new digs? Pretty awesome huh? Pull up a chair and stay awhile!

What a beautiful day today is! I can't tell you the difference I already feel in my body since starting just 3 short weeks ago. I used to feel so stiff and achy when I would get up in the mornings. Not anymore! All the inflamation is pretty much gone from my joints now. My mood... very uplifted, It's like I can't keep a smile off my face! My focus and concentration is much more efficient and point on now. I can tell a big difference when I'm at work on that one. I am no longer having those afternoon Lulls, where I feel like taking a nap. Nope not anymore! I have a smooth and even level of energy now. Being Keto Adaptive is such a wonderful thing!

Walking this journey for sure is exciting, but when you get to walk it with a group of fabulous ladies, the journey then becomes absolutely exhilarating!!

can someone please help me? today is my first day on phase 2 and I was going to substitute the meat at lunch for eggs, but I can't find the amount I am supposed to have that will be equivalent to 8oz of meat???? HELP!!!!

Hey Shelley, I responded on the other thread, but yes, it's 4 eggs and 2 whites.

Thank you so much for responding! I have lunch in less than an hour and was NOT prepared this morning with a fussy daughter! Made it hard to just get out of the house on time!!!! This has just saved me! Thank you!

Amount of meat/eggs is the same on p2 as p1, you just have it to twice per day instead of once

LIFESAVER! I have seen other sheets, but they didn't look like these! This is a much better comprehensive overview for me to understand!!!! One more month and then I will be on maintenance! WOO HOO

Feels wonderful I know.. I feel the same way and that alone is enough to keep me going.

I just printed all of those out so I won't have to try and find them again! There is SO much information on here it's hard to remember what post or thread has it! LOL

Hey Ladies...I have officially lost 25 lbs in 2 months, had a 3 lb loss this week. I feel like I have a new lease on life!! I can't keep the smile off my face either AZLinda. The best part is that is has been so easy for me. I simply follow the plan & only weigh myself once a week, at my clinic (to keep me from obsessing over the day to day weight fluctuations). All of you keep me motivated and on track, so for that I say thank you for sharing this journey with me. We are doing it!!
