Default Question: When you choose recipes...

When you choose recipes for this diet, do you consider the nutrition information or do you just look at the ingredients to make sure they are allowable?

Of course we know you don't have to count anything on this diet, lol, but I'd like to know anyway. We are considering building a database of recipes, similar to our online Low Fat recipe section. However, running recipes through Mastercook takes ages, as opposed to just copying and pasting ingredients and instructions.

I'm not saying we won't do it if we have to include nutrition info, but that would be more of a project to do a little later, because I'm swamped with work right now.

Therefore, we'd really like your input

Suzanne-One of the reasons I LOVE SBD is that I DON'T have to worry about the nutritional count. I don't want to obsess anymore!!! (I do look at the counts on store bought bread though!!!)
