Default Goals and motivation
Though I haven't reached an actual weight loss goal, I've prepared myself to get started. I bought everything I need to get going and I believe that is a goal met! I'm so motivated and ready to transform my body. I want to be proud of myself! My mini goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month and to cut out soft drinks.

OH! And I did quit smoking! Haven't had one since January 1st!
