Default Starting Pre-Conditioning Tomorrow
I finally did something about this weight that has slowly crept on since October 2006. Post-hysterectomy I have gained 50 lbs. I have been through a similar program in 2001. It worked and I kept the weight off until after my hysterectomy. The only way I will ever succeed is to be accountable not just to myself but to someone else. I'm excited and know I can do this.
