Default Question about "Occasional " vegetables on Ideal Protein Diet

I have a question about the Ideal Protein Diet....

Occasional (You may choose two items only per week from this list):
Brussels Sprouts, Beans (Green & Wax), Eggplant, Palm Hearts, Snow Peas, Swede, Tomato

So does this mean I can eat two of these as my vegetables for the week? Or does this mean servings? I'm confused.

Default

Two servings per week of all of them combined (not two servings each). So if you have brussels sprouts one day and tomatoes another, you're done for that week.
It is open-ended about whether the whole two cups can be the occasional veggie but most people here only do one cup each time.
