Hi girls,
Last night I wrote a long message and tried to attach a photo from Hawaii and it wouldn't post and then I ended up losing the message...don't you just hate when that happens!!!

Since we got back, I've been OP only during the week. This weekend the only social plan we have is an 80th birthday party for the mom of one of my best friends. Hopefully that won't present too many temptations. There will be dancing so I should get some exercise.

Take care floozies,

Good Morning ladies!

This is for all of us who need a little help from our friends!!!

THOSE WHO

Those who tell you only what you want to hear do so for their own benefit, not yours.

Those who always agree with everything you say cannot provide you with anything of real value.

Those who challenge you, whether they intend to help you or not, do indeed help you to grow stronger.

Those who respect you enough to give you their true opinion, provide valuable feedback.

Those who give you everything you want without asking anything in return, can end up making you powerless and overly dependent.

Those who insist that you earn your keep are doing you a tremendous favor.

Those who let you get away with lying or cheating will push you steadily toward despair.

Those who hold you accountable for all you do will help you to build true and lasting self esteem.

Those who truly care about you are not always the easiest or most comfortable to be around. For they will consistently hold you to the very highest standards. Yet they are the best kind of people to be around. Because they will indeed help you to attain those high and valuable standards.

Have a great OP day today Girls!!!

Hugs
Carol

I JUST HAVE TO SHOUT!!!

I lost the extra weight I gained back and even 1/2 lb more. This morning I weighted in at 168.75. That makes it a total of 6 lbs lost this month, for a total of 30 lbs since April 19!!!

I am in seventh heaven if you couldn't tell already.

I know I have a long way to go, but you have to understand that I haven't been under 170 for years!!!

Hope the rest of you gals are having a great day too!!!

Love and Hugs to all of you.

Carol

Vickster: I hope your feeling better soon! So, are you doing the southbeach diet too???????

Sher: I looked for the mildew stuff last night at our dollar tree. Guess I need to make a trip to the dollar store or the dollar general.

Grrr Jeanne I know exactly what you feel when you lose your post to cyber space. I was just going to submit my post and I lost it. Could you please try to post a few pics again?

Carol way to go. I am so proud of you! Thirty pounds is a great accomplishment! Thanks for the daily motivation.

Vicki I am glad that you are starting to feel better.

Gayle now let me see if I can find me some sugar.......maybe it will end this stress......NOT!

Shelley I pm you.

Well I had written about Dez's situation. I will just give a quick update. She has been behaving since our meeting tuesday. I know that isn't that long but it is better than what she was doing before. Thank you for all the support. You don't know how much I wanted to kick her out. She is walking on water now. It is her choice follow the rules or leave. She is canned for four weeks but can earn back half by respect and following the rules. We will see what happens.

My test results for my blood pressure monitor will be in next week. Often I feel light headed and dizzy during the day but it wasn't that bad in the 24 hours that I had the monitor. Well hopefully they will be able to see what is going on.

Well time for some breakie. Hope that you all have a good day.
