Hi everybody! ! some of you know, I write a blog and have a Facebook page. One thing I am trying to do each month on those places is for 2014 is put up a challenge. That being said, I thought maybe some of you might like to join. I will post the challenge here and I would love to be doing these with some other people! Some of the challenges will be pretty easy and some will be a little harder.
Anyway, if anyone would like to join me:
You may modify the challenge to suite your needs. For example: if the challenge is pushups, you can do wall pushups, pushups on your knees, or real pushups, but try to at least do as many as the challenge requests even if you have to break it up into sets or through out the day.
This month is squats!
