Default Gas

I am not on IP but I have started to bodybuild and so my diet has slowly, but surely, become very protein-intensive.

So I thought I would post here.

Do you guys get bad gas? Ever since I have upped my protein through eating a lot of fish and eggs, my gas has gotten very bad.

It's a small price to pay for building lean muscle.

But do you guys suffer from this?

And have you found a cure?

I also found that I have some pretty intense gas. Also painful sometimes. Gas-x seems to help.

Ian are you drinking any protein shakes? Fruit? Milk?

I doubt it is the high protein but rather a combo of some sort based on what you're eating.

For example - I have found that if I drink protein shakes based on whey concentrate + fruit I will have terrible gas. Whey isolate doesn't do this though.

Also, how is your fiber intake?

Don't forget some veggies carry a powerful punch when they are released from the holding chamber
