Default Foggy Head

I am almost through week 3 and am having multiple episodes of foggy headed-ness. It almost feels as though there is water moving around in my head.
Of course it makes me nervous so I think that I have a tumor now.
Has anyone else been experiencing this as late as week 3?

Are you getting enough salt? I had days like that into the second month. Just put some salt on your hand and lick it off or put it in your water and see if that helps.

I'm sure someone will come along with even better suggestions, but that worked for me.

I had the same thing! The salt helps. It went away after a week or two. My coach at the time said it was normal.

Good luck!

I haven't had this issue, but from day one I've started my day with a big glass of salt water...not the best tasting thing, but it does seem to alieviate some of the side effects.
